Dashavatharam Glass Medium

Dashavatharam Glass Medium — a mid-size Kondapalli-style piece, hand-carved from the soft Tella Poniki wood used for Kondapalli toys, then painted by hand, set behind glass. Made by artisans in Kondapalli, Andhra Pradesh, it is a handcrafted display piece for a living-room shelf, curio cabinet or gift hamper. Approx. 8 kg. Because every piece is hand-painted, small differences in shade and finish are part of the craft.
