Add traditional gift wrapping to any order — ideal for festivals, housewarmings and corporate gifting of handmade Indian toys. Three options, a handwritten message card, and packing that protects the piece as well as it presents it.
A Kondapalli or Etikoppaka piece is not a thing someone already owns. It is carved or turned by hand, painted by hand, and no two are identical — so the piece the recipient unwraps is genuinely theirs. It also lasts: wood and fired clay outlive most of what gets given at a wedding or a housewarming.
That is why these pieces work as gifts across quite different occasions — a first birthday, a wedding, a Sankranti or Dasara display, a farewell for a colleague. A gift wrap simply finishes the job.
Add a handwritten message card of up to 150 characters to your order — for example: “Wishing you joy and warmth — these Kondapalli toys carry the love of skilled artisans.”
Send the wording with your order and we write it on a premium card by hand rather than printing it. If you are shipping straight to the recipient, this is the only thing that tells them who the gift is from, so it is worth including.
Wrapping never replaces packing. Whichever option you choose, the piece is wrapped in tissue and padded around any thin projecting part — a raised arm, a parasol, a bird on a stand — before the decorative layer goes on, and the whole thing is boxed so nothing shifts in transit.
It means a gift can be sent directly to the recipient without arriving as a box of pieces, and without you having to repack it first.
For festival hampers, client gifts and employee gifting we can wrap a whole order to the same specification, so every parcel looks alike. Handmade stock takes time to assemble in quantity, so tell us the number of pieces and the date you need them by as early as you can.
