Orders are dispatched within 6–8 business days of order and payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Hesvika Kondapalli Toys is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
Handmade stock is the reason for the window. A piece may still be with the artisan family who makes it, or waiting for colour to cure before it can safely be wrapped.
Carved wood and fired clay both break in predictable ways — wood at the thin projecting parts, clay at the edges. Pieces are wrapped individually in tissue, padded with bubble wrap around anything that sticks out, and boxed so nothing shifts. Sets are separated rather than stacked against each other.
All sales are final. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind, a size that turned out different from what you pictured, or similar reasons. The exception is a product that arrives damaged, defective or simply wrong.
If that happens, photograph the piece — and the packaging, if it was damaged in transit — and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID. You then choose a replacement or a full refund.
