About Kondapalli Toys
What are Kondapalli toys made of?
Kondapalli toys are handcrafted from Tella Poniki wood (white sander wood), which is soft, lightweight and easy to carve. The toys are then finished with natural colours and lacquer, making them safe and vibrant.
Are Kondapalli toys safe for children?
Yes. We use non-toxic, natural colours and food-grade lacquer on all our toys. However, Kondapalli toys are primarily decorative and collector items. Small parts may not be suitable for children under 3 years.
Are your toys handmade or machine-made?
Every single toy is 100% handmade by skilled artisans from the Kondapalli village in Andhra Pradesh. No two pieces are exactly alike — each carries the unique touch of the artisan who made it.
Can I request a custom or personalised toy?
Yes. We accept custom orders for special occasions, corporate gifts, and bulk orders. Please contact us at info@hesvikahandicrafts.com with your requirements and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your shipping address and complete payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and wallets. All transactions are SSL encrypted.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you registered with. You can also view your orders anytime by logging into your account.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@hesvikahandicrafts.com with your order ID.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 6–8 business days of order and payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order. Actual delivery depends on your location and the courier company.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post. Delivery timelines vary by destination country and are subject to local customs clearance.
How will my order be shipped domestically?
Domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Speed Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
What if my order is delayed?
Hesvika Kondapalli Toys is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. We guarantee handover to the carrier within 6–8 days. For concerns, please contact info@hesvikahandicrafts.com.
Returns & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Since each product is handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If your product arrives physically damaged (broken, cracked, or defective), please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive a completely different product from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order ID. We will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
Will colour variations be considered a defect?
No. Kondapalli toys are handmade and hand-painted, so slight colour variation from product photos is natural and not considered a defect. This is part of the handcrafted charm.
