Glass Elephant Ratham

Glass Elephant Ratham (approx. 4 kg) — hand-carved from the soft Tella Poniki wood used for Kondapalli toys, then painted by hand, set behind glass. Made by artisans in Kondapalli, Andhra Pradesh, it is a display piece for a console table, bookshelf or curio cabinet. Each piece is finished by hand, so colour and detail vary slightly from the photograph.
