Hesvika Handi CraftsHandmade Kondapalli, Etikoppaka & clay bommalu · Delivered across India · ECIL, Hyderabad400/- Buddha Buddhi
400/- Buddha Buddhi (Budda Buddi) is a small standing pair of clay dolls: an old couple, the grandfather in a turban with a full moustache and the grandmother in a sari with her hair in a bun. Buddha Buddhi pairs are a familiar sight on the Golu steps (bommala koluvu) at Dasara, and a warm gift for grandparents. Shaped in clay and painted by hand with natural, non-toxic colours by artisans in Andhra Pradesh. Approx. 500 g for the pair. Every piece is hand-painted, so shade and finish vary slightly from the photograph.
